18 mile long run with Josh, Danny, Syd and BMED. Plan was to start off easy but found ourselves pushing 6.15s pretty early on, probably just awake after yesterday’s race. Chilled out a bit and stuck around the 6.20 avg. Feeling very fit atm. One more hard session then it’s time to taper.

Side Note: BMED is by far the fittest coach in the NCAA, reckon he could bash out a sub 30 pretty easy atm. Absolute big baller.
