Houston run at pace. SB for this run. Felt fairly good - legs improved from yesterday.

Slow recovery run after yesterdays exertions. Both legs stiff around the ankles - probably due ot the slipping and sliding about in the woods yesterday.

Bleathwaite middle dist.
Enjoyed the race if a bit heavy going in the mud.
Lost concentration at 2nd last control - disappointed as lost a few places and about 5 mins or so.
Worth the trip though. Like middle distance - more intense O. Dont think I'll get any ranking points to speak of but poss some masters cup points.
