Early morning loosener to get back in time so Val can do her 12 miler this morning, as part of her marathon training. Also why i cant make SOL 1 today as looking after the kids (or cleaning the bathroom apparently).

Felt not bad for a 7.30 am run usually more sluggish than that.

Scottish sprint champs.
realy enjoyed this - techy sprint course. Couldnt have gone any faster at my current level of fitnes and no bad mistakes.

Couple of minor issues with the map and missing control, but nothing to spoil the day from my perspective although the Nopseport vultures may be out....

30= (of 3) out of 70 in provisional results. Not too shabby for me.

New trails shoes - ran steadily along mill lade to BoW.

Then tried to beat time on the way back....

And beat it by over a minue albeit a bit downhill on the way back..

Houston run at pace. SB for this run. Felt fairly good - legs improved from yesterday.
