NIcely planned sprint - enjoyed the forest part - some tricky legs with good use of the crags and U/C walls. Sprint Scotland training at Minewoods definitely helped here!!
Only a couple of minutes behind Steve which feels a good result given my current fitness. A rare victory over the Crawf too.
