Tried to keep with Amelia and managed to keep within about 30m of her to halfway (10-15s down just after halfway) but lost her after that and not sure she was really trying either. Ran out of steam about half way. COuld blame poor prep, lack of breakfast and warm up, fairly heavy week on the legs and a bit of alcohol last night but probably still not fit enough to challenge her. need to up my game!

Main aim was to be ensuring you went to the correct side of the uncrossable object for the control, but in fact the main learning point was that my "buffer" in night sprint O is quite short, if I try to look too far ahead I start to make errors in execution which I did about 4 times in this exercise!

2nd course - shorter and more intense. Managed to avoid any serious errors but went slightly wrong just out of the start. Again probably looking too far ahead.
Learned a lot tonight from my errors!
