So, that work out was different than I had planned --and better. I went with Carol ( a really good competetive swimmer). I didn't do so well, but I didn't whine about paddling yesterday --so that is a kind of victory. We sprinted some lengths racing, and just swam the other ones. It was more fun than when I go alone, and I probably swam faster than I would have done. Gonna repeat that work out.
I was disappointed though, I could only do about 5 lengths without stopping for breath. . .a good goal though. By July 15, I'll do 10 at that pace w/o stopping easy!
I had also planned on fencing tonight, but that isn't going to happen.
