3 x (3 min, 2 min, 2 min) with 30 secs between everything. Trying to stay a bit more upright as have a tendancy to lean forward. 10 min WU and 5 min WD.
Running 12:00 
8 x 1.30 run, 1 min walk up the Monarchs Way and into Ampfield Woods with headtorch. Trainers got muddy for the first time (which is bad as had them since December!). Actually felt like a runner this evening which was nice.
