Running 11:30 
Roughly 1 min on 30 secs off down to Yoga. Worried last week I had overdone it a little orienteering and checked my watch and I had done a few more ks than intended. Foot was a little achey (mostly not the navicular but other areas) so gave it a week off. Fine today. Entering day 1 and 2 of the JK was probably a stupid idea and waste of money but will go for a wonder round the courses anyway.
