Shoveling Snow 1:00:00 [2]

Snow, not as much as last time, but it was blown on to the walking areas to about 5 inches or so. Looks like our block got more snow than even the folks just one block over. Not a great workout but its something. family commitments kept me tied up for the rest of the time.

Trail Running 1:32:00 [3] 5.6 mi (16:26 / mi)
slept:7.0 shoes: Xodus 4.0

Ran the Youst Trail's (If you could call it running) in the JMF. I was not feeling this trail run at all, had to baby the hamstring and fight the cold. Trail is in decent shape but some spots really show damage from horses.

It took me a while to get going, I think the cold played a role in this and any time I tried to get on the gas I could feel the twinge in the hamstring.

I know I need to rest it this week if I am ever going to get going again.
