This was the full monty so to speak, wearing all the AR stuff, the water bottles, everything. Ground was frozen solid, spikes did well in the snow but the Frozen trails were treacherous to say the least. Felt ok about this, slower than normal but it was icy and snowy which slowed things down. And the load didn't help. This run made it clear that I need t tune my load some, I went with the "summer" load, which means extra water, and water is heavy. I need to try to figure out a way to either hydrate better, or use water I find on the course so I don't have to carry so much.

I am going to change things up and alternate upper and lower body on alternating days. This was the upper body Thursday will be the lower body. This way I can pay more attention to alternate workouts and really focus in getting the reps in need in my time budget.

did the long course, head and heart really not in it. Legs were dead and really came out for the new map and to support the club. should have done the short course but it is what it is.
