This was the full monty so to speak, wearing all the AR stuff, the water bottles, everything. Ground was frozen solid, spikes did well in the snow but the Frozen trails were treacherous to say the least. Felt ok about this, slower than normal but it was icy and snowy which slowed things down. And the load didn't help. This run made it clear that I need t tune my load some, I went with the "summer" load, which means extra water, and water is heavy. I need to try to figure out a way to either hydrate better, or use water I find on the course so I don't have to carry so much.
