| My legs felt like concrete...they where that tired. I think i have to change my trainingschedule on thursdays, for example only the 25-minute warming-up, 5x400m and a warming-down, instead of the 25-minute warming-up, 12/14x400m and a warming-down...
I have to take more rest before a race... |
