Best birthday present ever...a strained hamstring

Well I decided to run and see how my hamstring felt. I am so frustrated, but I went to the trainer because it hurt really bad and it's strained. Perfect timing for the big one seven. My legs obviously don't like running.

Yeah no time today to run but I needed today off anyways. I stretch my left hamstring like crazy because it's been sore since the xc season. It's just my luck that it my right one starts to hurt.

This was difficult for me. Hopefully the runs will start to get easier soon. Anyways I've got my last put rehearsal tomorrow before the play at Thomas Thursday, Friday and Saturday so I'll be missing practice. I'm pretty sore so missing a workout may not be a bad thing. I'd rather take a day off now than a meet later in the season.

This was extremely difficult for me.The last two I fell a few seconds behind Val. Other than that I stuck just behind Crawfish, Jake and Val. I got like zero rest being the last in the fastest group.
