running 18:00  2.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
admittedly, my body needed a break from running, and my left ankle (I think from some research, anterior tibial pain) forced me to quit doing anything for a while, so I took the initiative and lived the stagnant life. didn't get it checked out, just took around 5 or so weeks completely off. now that I'm not competitive it really doesn't matter if I want to stop running for a while. started biking a bit when I brought my bike to campus, running a mile here and there. being real careful.
it feels really good to be able to get out for a run, but I have a hard time getting up the hill outside my apartment haha geneseo isn't flat. my cardio is... hiding haha. it'll be back at one point.
