I ran with Nick T so I slowed down a little for him. We ran up the Giant Hill at my cottage. Pretty fun run actually not that hot but I got a good sweat on.

Buffum Workout. It was supposed to be:
300, 400, 200, 100, 400, 200, 300.
But I didnt hit the right times so I had to do the first 300, 400, and 200 all twice. Oh and it was on the Schroeder track so the traction was really horrible.
