WET at Ambleside. Partner exercise with alternating legs. Ran with Thomas at a somewhat easier pace. First loops was on the original Ambleside map, and the second loop was in the new area that Andrea mapped, which is small but a lot more interesting!

Picking up flags. Suddenly I had this sensation that something bit me in my calf, but it's not exactly wasp season anymore. I actually suffered some sort of muscle tear! It's super sore right now and I can't walk properly. Let's see how long this one takes to recover from...
