Intervals at Deer Lake. 10 min warmup and 4x5min intervals. Stiff lower left calf, but no pain in the achilles.

Did not have time for a run before dinner, so just did a very short late run to test the achilles. Warm-up, four 1 min intervals and jog back up the Coleman St hill. No pain while running, but a little bit more sore when stretching the calf.
