Long run with Louise, from Mountain Hwy over to the Grouse Grind and then back.

Skiing at Hollyburn. Great night up there! Amazing amounts of snow, really cold and good tracks.

Wednesday Feb 28

Warm-up/cool-down.
Orienteering City/Park (wet) 25:00 [4] 3.7 km (6:45 / km)
WET at Musqueam. First part mostly a run, but then a great ending with lots of controls, change of direction and tricky route choice. Made two mistakes and lost maybe 2 minutes.

Run along the beach at UBC.

4 repeats up the stairs. Around 2 minutes and 30 seconds each. Was faster and felt better than last I did these. But they are still brutal...
