Hiking 45:00 [3]

Power hiking up the Chief with a heavy backpack.

Running Rough 1:15:00 [2]

Running around the Chief, placing controls for the race. Almost 30 people came up and it was a great day!

Running Rough 45:00 [1]

Went to Deep Cove to go kayaking, but when we got there all the boats were booked. Instead, did an easy run and hike up to the first pump on Seymour. I think the area is big enough for a small sprint map.

Orienteering City/Park (wet) 24:14 [4] 3.6 km (6:44 / km)

WET at the new map I just completed at Princess Park. Joined the forked mass-start to add to the numbers, even though I obviously knew the area in and out. A fun park with some open forest and lots of features. Great summer day and a huge turnout!
