Running Smooth 10:00 [3]

Run from Granville Island. After about 10 minutes run, started to feel a sudden pain in the right calf. Jogged for another few minutes, but had to stop and walk back. Hurts every step and super sore spot in the muscle. Can hardly walk.

Most likely a torn muscle. F*ck! There goes the trip to Alberta Champs tomorrow down the drain.

Orienteering City/Park (wet) 28:00 [4] 5.5 km (5:05 / km)

WET in New Westminster. Three loops. Ran pretty well in the beginning, but started to suffer at the end of the second loop. Struggled to keep speed on the third. Not in the best shape right now.
