Orienteering City/Park 1:12:40 [4] 14.9 km (4:53 / km)

Score-O in Pacific Spirit. Did a clockwise-ish loop, starting north first. Opened at a slower tempo to warm-up, then ran harder from the 25 min mark. My gps is saying that I spent 2 min 30 sec searching for the control that had been stolen (it was found after the race, thrown into a bush a few hundred meters away from where it was supposed to be). Almost entire race on trails, but a few small sections of bushwacking.

A short trail run. Pushed a bit harder in the middle. Lots of climb as always here.

Orienteering City/Park (wet) 29:18 [4] 5.6 km (5:14 / km)

Downtown WET by Zoltan. Tricky dog-bones. Had a great time trying to figure out a good route while running through throngs of shoppers on Robson St and other shopping areas. Lots of traffic and waiting at lights, but it was worth it for the fun.
