Sun Run. Elbowed my way pretty close to the front of the
yellow wave. Only had to wait about 30 seconds to cross the start line. Course is designed to be easy, obviously. The long downhill out of the start gets you ahead of the plan without burning out. Lots of flat or slightly downhill running with only two uphills to get on the bridges. Felt good all the way, especially on 4th Ave when we were approaching the Cambie Bridge. Up the ramp I pushed pretty hard and was able to hold a slightly higher gear the last km to the line.
