WJR Score-O at Pacific Spirit. Went south of 16th this time and felt pretty good the first 50 min, but started to fade after that and then my left knee started hurting when I came into the UBC campus part. Walked home from there.

Also, feeling a bit of a scratch in the throat the last two days... hopefully not catching another cold, but lots of sick people at work.
