Stigtomtakavlen. Ran first night leg for the elite team, because we didn't have enough elites... Ugh... this didn't go well. Couldn't find trails, couldn't find the control by the field crossing, jammed my right foot between two rocks and it really hurt. Inside of foot is blue and swollen today. But great wilderness terrain east of the road. Difficult at night.

Ran Andrea's course from the relay training competition our club put on at Ryssbergen on the weekend we cancelled our regular spring opener event. Pushed competition pace and it felt good. +9 C and sunny again.

Henrik sent me the map for tonight's training so I could do it at lunch and Andrea in the evening. It was a control picking course with 28 controls and all trails removed from the map. Only miss was 11 where I came up on the hill to the right. Great training and fantastic weather, clear blue skies and +9 C.
