Orienteering - Forest - Training 52:14 [4] 8.31 km (6:17 / km) +174m 5:41 / km

Last zone training before the summer at Jogersö. More or less a perfect race, though I start to know the area fairly well now. The map is 1:7500 scale but with 1:15 symbol sizes which is super annoying, but they don't seem to be able to correct this. Sunny and 22C but really windy.

Running - Trail 44:57 [3] 7.52 km (5:59 / km) +165m 5:23 / km

Run on Sörmlandsleden from the beach at Skeppsvik. Ran east until I came to the gravel road, then up top the Bistaberget climbing crag and then back. Mostly sunny and 24 C.

Orienteering - Forest - Training 56:09 [3] 7.73 km (7:16 / km) +107m 6:47 / km

Ran part of the Måsenstaffeten relay course from 2016 from the beach at Kovik. First 8 controls I had the exact same time as in the race, but then I started to feel tired on the long leg to 9. Tried to keep pace, but towards 13 I started to feel a bit like bonking. Had to sit down at the control for a while, then skipped a few controls and went back to 17. Very warm and the high blueberries and ferns sucked out all energy.
