8 x 50m on 60 seconds. Surprised that the time base was actually fine, I thought I’d have no giggle fiddling time
200m 2 x 100m 4 x 50m 2 x 100m. 200m on 70sec base so good rest at end of the longer sets. I tried a tumble turn again and now it’s ok, the dolphin kick going into the turn was not good when I tried on Thursday.
Breaststroke is still feeling uncomfortable but I finished off doing some 25’s in the small pool, switching between breast free and backstroke. Also did some walking on tip ties, heel raises and squats - in 1.2m.
