Had a been feeling rough the last few days, so I took it easy Friday and Saturday. I was busy, but also just out of it. Needed to get a few miles in, so I headed out the door later in the day. I was tired, so I wasn't expecting much, but had a decent go of it as a result. Hit up the gym afterwards for some weights and crunches.
