Speed and Strength 1:00:00 [4] 4.0 mi (15:00 / mi)
Not the usual arseing about. Took Evie to Hyde Park Harriers "strength and speed" session and joined in. It wasn't all that different to what I have been doing, including doing some bunny hops and some 10 second sprints.
Warm up jog, then some leg wobbling, then a progression run 4 x 2.5 minutes from jogging to flat out, then some s&c exercises utilising a low wall to hop up onto or waggle your legs off, then a relay with 60m sprints, then warm down and stretch.
I quite enjoyed it. I might go next week.
