Squad training, Summer House Knott. A bit of running around.

Also Dale Park in the afternoon but I didn't do any running around.

Butcher Hill, Woodside, Horsforth Station, Holt Park, Adel. Slow and steady. Left hamstring a bit tight.

6 x Dunny Hill. 2:04, 2:05, 2:01, 2:05, 2:05, 2:07. Much better than my last attempt. Unseasonably warm. Also my randomly fluctuating weight has fluctuated down in the last couple of days. Which helps.
