Sunday Dec 10, 2017 #

running 1:43:47 [3] 10.8 mi (9:37 / mi)

Hunger Hills. Very cold. Started slowly but speeded up when it started snowing after about an hour. Not much snow on the ground though, just an inch or so up at Hunger Hills. Rather tired. Curled up on the sofa and went to sleep all afternoon.

For anybody who might be interested, the house at the bottom of Pollard Lane is a burnt out ruin. There is no sign of any work being done to rectify that.

YHJS training on Burbage in the snow. Quite a good session despite the conditions. Shadowed various groups and individuals around loops in the rocky/craggy bit by Surprise View.

Friday Dec 8, 2017 #

The last two were very hard.

Tuesday Dec 5, 2017 #
