YHOA middle distance champs, Storthes Hall. Fairly easy. Running OK but tired, and a bit slow up the hills. My back started hurting towards the end and now I can't stand up straight. Don't think it's anything to worry about. I'll just have to sit down for a bit.

5 minutes behind Martin, which is fine by me.

urban/sprint 10:26 [4] 1.4 km (7:27 / km)

Sprint relay round Nell Bank. 1:1500 map. Not very quick compared to the M18s. I was alright in the parkland but got confused around the buildings.

6 x Dunny Hill. Much better tonight. For the first time in 3 weeks my lungs are working properly.

Steady start then kept it going well.
