Scenic pottering. Pecket Well, Midgehole, Hardcastle Crags, Pack Horse, Slack, Midgehole, Pecket Well. Not really what I planned to do because I left my map at home, so I was piecing together bits I could remember from previous times up here. Not a bad run, could have stayed in the valley a bit further going out to avoid some tarmac.
Wasn't sure how this was going to go - I've been feeling a bit run down since getting back from Spain and thought I was coming down with a cold. As it turned out, this wasn't too bad.
16 minutes of sprinting up steps and jogging down.
strength exercises - lying down/standing up, semi-vertical press-ups, leg thrusts and hops, squatting against a wall, hopping side to side and balancing. These exercises probably have better names than this.
