Sunday Nov 10 #

orienteering 1:22:00 [2] 6.0 km (13:40 / km)

Control site checking in Esholt. Mostly very pleasant. I was enjoying myself. A bit of sunshine and Autumn colours, marvellous.

Saturday Nov 9 #

running 1:46:00 [3] 10.8 mi (9:49 / mi)

Hunger Hills, but a variation from the usual route because I thought the riverside path might be underwater. Very heavy going in places.

Note

Saw somebody in Headingley doing the Otley Run dressed as a monk. That's never happened before.

Friday Nov 8 #

conditioning 20:00 [3]

Thursday Nov 7 #

Intervals 58:00 [4] 5.5 mi (10:33 / mi)

NLFR fartlek session doing laps of Adel, going fast/slow by lampposts (some of which were very close together). 4 laps = 4 miles. I wimped out on the 3rd lap after about 1/3 of it with a dodgy tummy, but recovered enough to do the sprints back to the start and re-join for the 4th lap.

Wednesday Nov 6 #

conditioning 20:00 [3]

Tuesday Nov 5 #

running 28:52 [3] 3.3 mi (8:45 / mi)

Parkside and Weetwood. Very slow to start but got faster. Hardly saw any fireworks.
