Warm up round Carnegie 6 x 2 mins(1 min), Weetwood and Lawnswood 6 mins jog home
Felt awful warming up. I didn't think my heart was going to work properly and my stomach felt bad. I wasn't going to bother but managed a couple of strides that didn't feel so bad. Doing the reps was fine as it turned out, and better than last week because I was much quicker on the climb by the ring road. Then felt awful jogging home again. I only felt alright when I was running fast(ish).
