Felt really good today. All day. Especially at beginning of work out. I jogged to the corner then went as hard as I could go at this point. I hit the bridge at 17 min. something --normally 21 or so.
I know I'll be able to go harder later, but this is a good start. I'll work toward jogging the whole way for 2.5 then I'll kick it up to 3.2.
So, Goal 1: jog whole 2.5
Goal 2: walk jog 3.2
Goal 3: Aug. 21 --Mahomet 5K
