It was beastly hot. I planned on doing 6 miles, but I went out too fast I guess. I started out on the "uphill" part and jogged a good many of the up hills and all of the down hills on the way up. Then on the way back, I ran the down hills and walked. By the time I crossed 47 to go to the "woods" trail, I was drenched.
I walked past the covered bridge then turned around. Next week maybe I'll get the full mileage in.
I felt really good though --anti-inflammatories helping my knee immensely!
