cramp is still there but definitely better after drinking more water and gatorade, and stretching. I have had these issues before, just need to take better care.

Started out with a moderate jog, after stretching, but developed a really owwy cramp that I couldn't stretch out, so I just turned and walked home. Upon review of my water intake and health last week, my electolytes are probably a bit off, so I drank more water and a bit of gatorade.

Added distance today --am going to keep this distance going. I didn't enjoy the route I took, so I scoped out another one that I think I'll like better although it is an even 3.

Sicky. Damn. All week --no walking, no jogging. I did take a brief walk on Sunday night. Plan to get back at it tomorrow.

I pushed it more than I thought I would. At the end of my jog I asked myself if I gave it what I had today, and I answered "yes" so today this effort is a 5. Next time maybe I will do the same pace without so much effort.
