Really humid this morning. While I did plan for the uphills, it was almost as hard as last time when I didn't know about them. I feel like I did as much as I could do today. And that is good.

Heat index must be fairly high, because it was hot this morning. Did the loop in the other direction. Always seems like it is much longer for some reason. Cramp in my calf, but probably a little under hydrated. Will have a light work out tomorrow.

Sleeping well, feeling pretty good. Today I was really tired around 1, but I think it was more "low arousal" from working on prepping for the sememster. I feel much better now after my jog. I jogged more of the 2.5 for longer stretches. Feeling good. Definitely building up my endurance. The weather helps too. Only about 81 today.

More walking than jogging. I thought after climbing the 60 steps over and over to get up to the cabin from the dock, I'd be in better shape. Guess not. I'll pick it up again!
