jogging 34:32 [3] 2.2 mi (15:42 / mi)
shoes: Yellow Asics

Probably more walking than jogging today, but I am getting used to the colder weather.

jogging 1:21:43 [4] 6.0 mi (13:37 / mi)
shoes: Yellow Asics

Wow. I wasn't sure I could do that. I started toward the golf course at lake of the woods and then finished on the normal route. I don't have a sense of the balance of walking and jogging, although I know I jogged more than I thought I would have. Great weather. Muscles are really tight now. I figured I could push it because I have a massage this afternoon.

Definitely a "4" effort because of the distance and the amount of jogging vs. walking. Overall an effort I am pleased with.

I probably won't do 6 again until spring, unless something strange takes over --at least not jogging, Definitely walking.

Just a walk to get the muscles flowing. Nothing fancy.

jogging 30:21 [3] 2.4 mi (12:39 / mi)
shoes: Yellow Asics

Went out to Lake of the Woods. Feeling really good because Dr. Morgan has called my work "epic". What a high. Also have begun doing 45 minutes of Yoga with Rebecca and feeling really stretched out.
Nice.

Just a long slow walk to see if I can stop being so pissed off at the incompetence of the administration.
