Just a regular walk. I'm thinking its about time for new shoes. I will jog tomorrow --weather pending. It has been beastly hot. I'd like to be be ready for the 5K on August 21.

First time I've been on my bike for quite a while. Not exactly sure of the distance, but close. It might have been farther. Who knows. Felt pretty good. Made about 1/2 the lights.

Jogged more than before. Felt good. Contacts. I guess I need to do some endurance as well. I'll try to figure out a nice route that lasts an hour. Or maybe I could do two sessions. That would probably be better.
Also started "Modern Danish" diet again. Today wasn't so bad.
