Second day, legs felt a little heavy. I think I'll go for a jog outside tomorrow, just so I don't get too gymified before the jingle bell run. I felt like I worked a bit harder today, but it could just be that I was tired from yesterday. Gonna change that genetic stuff.

Spun a little faster today. Going to have to up the resistance next week. Still trying to figure out a good workout schedule.
Back into the gym because I have just gotten too fat and unhealthy. Had my bloodwork checked and everything is normal (this is surprising given how overweight I have become). It is a great sign that I'm good to go.
I'm going to try to get a friend or two to join the gym to help.
*Weight is fully clothed w/shoes at gym in afternoon. But still.
