Pretty good for a one-legged session. I stretched pretty well I thought, but practicing some serving, I heard a pop followed by an immediate OW in my left calf. Tried walking it off, then some ice. I seem to remember I had an issue with this calf before on some runs. Same kind of pain but without the pop. It usually lasts a couple of days. Hm. Damn. Do I need to mention that I played (kind of standing around a bit) anyway? I should also remind myself that my strokes looked really good after such a long lay off.
I guess the 10 years of competetive play stuck with me.
