Note
(rest day)

Up or East, which ever it is, in Wisconson with some swim buddies. Sent the day on the lake getting a sun tan, and battle woods from tubbing.

Swim 2:00:00 [1] 6.0 km (20:00 / km)

Fun Day!! The first hour was a quick warm-up set and then turn work. For the second half we got to play water polo, which is fun, but I'm not a huge fan of getting in other peoples faces.

Today started out as a nice day, untill breastroke came along. We did some stroke work, and then came "The Set".

4 (200 Free, 200 Breastroke) It was fast paced and about 50-30 sec. of rest depending on how fast you swam the set. With the pool temp. uncomfortable, I finished this set with a proud red face. (200, or 8 laps is a long ways to swim brestroke) LONG cool down. I had sore arms the next day.

Like I said earlier, not sure exactly what I did. This morning was a medium pracice, but left me ready for food when it was over with. Keeping an eye on my shoulders, so far so good.

warm up, stroke work, and all that Jazz. Second day and I'm still alive. My shoulder/tricept muscles are sore, but not in the bone part on top.

First day of swim practice today! With so many girls we did not start stroke work. It was an average set. It would not of been had, if the water temp. wasn't so dang hot. Lot's of water and we'll push through it.
