After jogging to control #8, I did some intervals: 8-9 (2:50), 10-11 (4:04), 12-13 (2:17) and finally 14-15 (1:28). |

I still managed to produce a major mistake (more than 1 minute lost) to control #8: bad route choice and lost map contact attacking the control, ran 900m instead of 720m. Lost 10 s twice at other places too. Best I could do today was maybe 35:40, about 1 minute above winner's time. |
