5th national Event in Flims, Foppa/Runca, middle distance. Couldn't resist to run. Knee slowed me down considerably. Bad route to control #5 (1.5 min). Mistake to #12 (2 min). Then very bad mistake to #13 (6 min). 5th place only :-((
