Middle distance champs in Gais. Good run for the first 4 controls. Then I lost map contact on the way to #5, actually reading to #10. That was enough for this weekend! I took the short route to the finish.

Uphill 1:13:15, HRavg 136. Was slowed down by masses (200) of unexperienced italians, creeping down the narrow path between cliffs and boulders. Finally a beautiful view to Morteratsch glacier.
Downhill 47:58, HRavg 122. This was fun, like flying!
