Perfect weather for biking. Eigi - Wettingen - Schartenfels - Ehrendingen - Dielsdorf - Buchs.
Did a mesurement of elevation using two devices simultaneously (GPS Garmin Forerunner 305 and Polar S 720i). See comparison.
Curves look much the same, but ascent given by GPS analysis SW is far too high... Polar using barometric measurement gives a much better estimate.

2nd sprint of Buelacher Town-O. Chasing start, had to go first, 26 s in front. Was a bit nervous, but was able to run with good concentration. Only lost a few seconds to control #3. Stayed in front all the time and could even slow down for the last 200m into the finish.

Tested trickiest leg (18-19). Ran 2 alternatives: 2:32 and 2:36. My time in the race was 4:56 ...

Town orienteering race in Aarau. Legs didn't feel fresh after trainings of last 2 days. Had a decent race until control #17 (of 22) with only 2 or 3 minor mistakes of maybe 5 s each. Then a bad leg to #18, including a dead end and an unnecessary loop around a building (about 40s lost). A very bad route to #19 followed. Didn't see a reasonable route, included a dead end again, lost nearly 2 minutes.
Winning time was 32 minutes which was out of reach today. Best I could do would be maybe 33:30.

Town O race in Olten. Nice spring weather for a technically easy course. Had a perfect race, really coudn't be faster. Legs were not the freshest for the 4th race within 4 days. But winning again...

20th CO de la Riviera. Near Bouveret at the Lake of Geneva. Perfect conditions again. Technical terrain, a slope with rough footing. Decent race with one stupid mistake to control #3 (running too far on path, 1.5 minutes lost). Didn't push very hard, HR was on the low side. But with some luck, best time again.

19th CO de la Riviera. Town orienteering in Vevey. A nice and technically easy sprint/middle course on a map with scale 1:3k. Good weather conditions again this evening. Had a near perfect race, maybe 10 s of mistakes... Best time M60 again.

Short warm up. Kept it short after walking more than 9 km( 2h). from the campsite to the center of Vevey, back to the campsite and later then once more to the center of Vevey to the start of the race.

CO Vaudoise, regional event in Froideville near Lausanne. Nice weather, not so nice forest (wet footing, brambles). Had a decent race. A mistake of 1.5 minutes when running out of control #9 (wrong direction). Finally skipped the last control, ran to the finish and had to head back (another 30 s). Still good enough to win M60 (out of 18 runners) though.
