Sprint championships in the city of Delémont. Technically easy course. 2 or 3 suboptimal routes (15 s) and one major mistake: running into deadend to control #9 (30 s). Back pain slowed me down considerably. 7th/44.

National event Melchsee-Frutt. Altitude 1900 m, open terrain, good weather conditions. Had a decent race, considering lower back pain slowed me down a lot. Some minor mistakes ( 2..3 min. total), suboptimal route to control #15 ( 1 min. ?). 7./48

Day 3 of Argovia 3 Days. Erdmannlistein forest. Chasing start 1:48 behind leader in 2nd position. Catched him at control 9. Bad route to last control, coudn't close the gap and lost the final sprint by 0.5 m :-(
Bad fall on the finish line :-(
1st for the day, 2nd total.

Day 2 of Argovia 3 Days. Classic distance in the Wagenrain forest. Rather green ( white on map = brambles, green = more brambles). Early start, some mistakes (>3 minutes total).
3rd for the day, 2nd total.

Classic O Challenge race #2, Moosalp. After about 20 Minutes (control #3) my energy faded and I made massive mistakes to #4 and #5. Walking then mostly. More mistakes at #7 and #8. At least I found all the controls...
12 races within 2 weeks are probably to many.

Classic O Challenge in Val d'Anniviers/Wallis at altitude 2600 m. Hot summer weather, long course in mostly rocky terrain. I had quite a good race. 2 mistakes of 2.5 and 1 min. 1st place out of 16.
