After a bad night with headaches and stomach problems (only 2 or 3 hours of sleep) I started to this race with mixed feelings.
Physically demanding terrain. Quite a good race again but some mistakes still sum up to a loss of 2 to 3 minutes. 2nd place of the day, 4th total. |

| Day 1 of Alsacian 3 Days. Technically easy in fast terrain. I had a rather good race with some small mistakes (less than 2 minutes total). 5 th place out of about 80. Lower back much better now. Injured flag can be cleared. High HR though. |
