Went out for a friends leaving work party last night and didnt feel up for a run today, so did a work out instead (also meant i didnt miss any cricket)
Curl (DB): 4 x 10 @ 12.5kg
Benchpress (DB): 4 x 10 @ 25kg
Hammercurl (DB) : 3 x 10 @ 12.5kg
Shoulder press (DB) 3 x 10 @ 12.5kg
Was feeling pretty poor by the end. Dont drink kids.
NB: Need to buy more weight plates. Max weight i have is 25kg at the moment.
