Great run up Salt Springs, first 2 miles up hill at about 9:30 pace, next 2 miles downhill at 7 min pace, then 9 min for the remaining 3 miles. Felt great, getting stronger. Knee pain gone :)
Ran trails with my hubby at green lakes, had a great time together and got in a few hills, hernia hill x 2. It was his first time on the trails (other than the lake) and he liked it.
